Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup cilantro
  • 1/ lb. feta cheese
  • ( jewel or dom has a bit
  • of hot pepper in them deli )
  • 4 oz. sun dried tom in oil

Directions:

  1. Sauté garlic, peppers and tomatoes in spray oil till it smells good.
  2. Add chopped cilantro.
  3. Spread feta cheese in 8” sg. dish, top with mixed ingredients.
  4. And bake at 350 degrees for 30 min or until bubbly.
  5. Serve on toasted French bread.
