Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the onion and garlic and cook, stirring occasionally, until softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the tomatoes, olives, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper.
  4. Bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce the heat and simmer until thickenend, about 10 minutes.
  6. Meanwhile, in a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the pasta until tender but firm, 8 to 10 minutes.
  7. Drain and return to the pot.
  8. Add the tomato mixture, tuna, feta cheese and parsley.
  9. Gently toss to coat.
