Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup skim milk
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp. sage
  • 1/8 tsp ground pepper
  • 1 1/2 lb beef
  • 1/4 cup catsup

Directions:

  1. Combine eggs and milk.
  2. Stir in crumbs, onion, parsley, sage and pepper.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hour.
  4. Combine catsup, sugar, mustard. Spread over meat.
  5. Cook 10 minutes more.
