Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp garlic
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup ketchup

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients, except ketchup - mixing lightly.
  2. Press into a loaf pan or shape into a loaf and top with ketchup.
  3. Bake 350 for 1.5 hours.
  4. If the loaf is baked in a pan, pour off the liquid, loosen the sides of the loaf from the pan, and turn out onto a plate. If baked on a cooking tray the liquid should have been able to drain as it cooked, so just lift the loaf to a plate to slice.
