Meatballs With Satay Dipping Sauce

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine beef, onion, garlic, beef stock powder, breadcrumbs, egg, nutmeg, mint and parsley and mix well.
  2. Roll mixture into small bite-size meatballs.
  3. Roll meatballs in a little flour.
  4. Gently fry meatballs.
  5. Roll them around in the frying pan until they are browned.
  6. Drain on absorbent kitchen paper.
  7. Serve with the delicious Satay Sauce!
  8. Method for SATAY SAUCE:
  9. Process peanuts until finely chopped and add to to a saucepan with all other ingredients.
  10. Stir but do not boil. Just heat through.
  11. Voila!
