Ingredients:

  • 12 oz bag of egg noodles
  • 4 oz can of sliced mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1.5 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 can onion soup
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 3/4 cup quick oats
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 cup water

Directions:

  1. Combine beef, oats, salt, pepper and milk. Shape into balls and brown in skillet.
  2. Combine soup, water, mushrooms, with liquid and tomato paste. Pour over meat balls and simmer for 30 minutes.
  3. Combine flour w 2 Tablespoons water. Add to sauce and simmer until thick. Remove from heat and add sour right before serving.
  4. Serve over egg noodles.
