Ingredients:

  • a ) 250 g minced me t ( beef , mutton or chicken ) or
  • 2 tsp ginger and garlic paste
  • 1 tsp corriander pwd
  • 1/2 tsp chilli pwd
  • 1 1/2 tsp stock pwd
  • pinch of tumeric
  • b
  • 1/2 cup peas
  • ( for vegetable kheema add 100 g red and yellow peppers )
  • pinch of cumin seeds

Directions:

  1. Combine A ) with half cup of water
  2. Fry the onion and chilli .
  3. Add the A )
  4. Stir fry for 5 mins
  5. Add potatoes , peppers and boil
  6. Cover and cook for 10 mins
  7. Finally , add the peas , mint leaves and cumin
  8. Season with salt
  9. Mix well and Serve
