Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Spray a loaf pan with a non-stick veg spray (Pam).
  4. Put meat mixture in the loaf pan.
  5. Cover with foil.
  6. Bake for about 1 1/2 hours.
