Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in Dutch oven over medium-high heat.
  2. Add meat, onion and garlic; cook about 5 minutes, or until browned, stirring to brown all sides of the meat. Drain off fat, then add all remaining ingredients, except potatoes.
  3. Reduce heat to medium, cover and cook about 40 minutes, or until meat is tender, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add potatoes and cook 15 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
