Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Boil potatoes and mash them
  2. Mix in onions that have been sauteed in butter.
  3. Add salt -pepper to taste
  4. Put into a casserole dish.
  5. Spread cheese on top
  6. Pour cream over to barely cover potatoes
  7. Bake in a 350 oven until cheese is browned
