Ingredients:

  • 2 cups frozen precut baking potatoes (such as ore ida steam n' mash)
  • 2 tbsp 2% reduced-fat milk
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • additional pepper (optional)

Directions:

  1. Place potatoes in a bowl. Microwave at HIGH 3 minutes, stirring ­after 2 minutes. Add milk, olive oil, 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, and salt; mash potatoes. Sprinkle with additional pepper, if desired.
