Mashed Potato Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 4 lbs potatoes (12 medium)
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp garlic salt
  • 2 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. Cook and mash potatoes.
  2. Add cheese, sour cream, salt and pepper.
  3. Beat until smooth and light.
  4. Stir in chives.
  5. Spoon into baking dish.
  6. Top with paprika and butter.
  7. Bake 350 for 30 min.
