Masala Chai Butternut Squash

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups chai tea (brand silver leaf tea's masala )
  • 1 tsp nutmeg (optional)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon (optional)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Cut squash into 2 halves.
  3. Remove strings and seeds.
  4. Place Squash cut side down in baking dish.
  5. Add warm SLT Masala Chai Tea to baking dish.
  6. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until fork penetrates smoothly
  7. Remove from oven and cool 5 minutes.
  8. Remove squash from skin.
  9. Mash squash.
  10. Add cinnamon and nutmeg (optional).
  11. Enjoy.
