Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup ice (crushed )
  • 3/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 4 tbsp whipped cream (optional)

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
