Ingredients:

  • 1 lb lump maryland blue crabmeat
  • 1 tsp bay spice
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tsp worcesteshire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • 2 tbsp mayonaise

Directions:

  1. 1. Combine all ingredients except crabmeat in a medium sized bowl.
  2. 2. Stir in crabmeat.
  3. 3. Shape into cakes
  4. 4. Bake at 375 degrees for 12-15 minutes until cakes are golden brown.
