Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place pineapple in large heatproof bowl.
  2. In small saucepan, combine sugar and water.
  3. Bring to a boil over high heat, stirring occasionally; cook 1 minute
  4. Stir in liquer, lime juice and peel.
  5. Pour over pineapple toss to mix
  6. Refrigerate covered, 1-2 hours,stirring occasionally.
  7. Serve cold with wooden picks.
  8. VARIATION: Six cups of assorted fruit can be substituted for the pineapple, such as strawberries, grapes and orange segments.
