Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Smash garlic with flat object (I use the side of my 8 knife) and peel. Trim of any stem.
  2. Heat oil in saucepan over low medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and cook until light brown, about 20 minutes.
  4. Add canned tomatoes and smash them.
  5. Add tomato paste.
  6. Heat to boiling.
  7. Tear basil and add to sauce. Salt to taste.
  8. Turn off heat and serve over angel hair pasta.
