Directions:

  1. Brown beef, and drain.
  2. Saute all vegetables in 1/2 cup olive oil, and 1/2 cup butter.
  3. Add beef to vegetables in a large pot.
  4. Add rest of the ingredients.
  5. Simmer 2-4 hours.
