Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Melt butter, sugar, corn syrup and water in a pan. Stir frequently until it measure 300 degrees. Stir in 1/2 cup of almonds and pour onto unprepared cookie sheet (large). Spread out for uniform thickness. Allow to cool completely (1+ hours) and when completely cool, remove from cookie sheet and place on parchment paper. Spread 1/2 cup of melted chocolate evenly on top of candy. Sprinkle with 1/8 cup of almonds. Allow to cool and harden. Invert and spread remaining 1/2 cup of chocolate and remaining 1/8 cup of almonds. Allow to cool completely. Break up
