Ingredients:

  1. Melt butter and oil in a large skillet.
  2. Add onion and saute briefly.
  3. Mix in mushrooms and meat and cook until the meat is browned.
  4. Add eggs and seasoning.
  5. Stir over medium heat until the eggs are almost cooked.
  6. Stir in spinach and cook a few minutes longer, until the spinach is barely wilted.
  7. Serve immediately.
