Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar , packed
  • 1/2 cup milk powder
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients, place in a decorative bag.
  2. Directions (to place on the tag)
  3. Measure 2 cups of muffin mix into a large bowl. Make a well in the center. Beat 1 egg with a fork in a small bowl. Add 3/4 cup orange juice and 1/4 cup cooking oil. Add to the well. Stir until just moistened. grease 12 muffin cups. Fill cups 1/2 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Let stand in tins for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool.
