Ingredients:

  • 4 oz light rum
  • 1 oz curacao
  • 1/2 cup finely- chopped fresh mango
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 cups finely- crushed ice

Directions:

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend at high speed until the contents have the texture of snow.
  2. Pour into 2 well-chilled 6-ounce champagne or wine glasses and serve with short drinking straws.
