Mandarin Peach Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp fennel
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder

Directions:

  1. Place peaches in blender container.
  2. Cover and process on high speed until smooth then pour into small saucepan.
  3. Combine teriyaki sauce and cornstarch, stir into peaches with sugar fennel, pepper and cloves.
  4. Bring to boil over medium heat.
  5. Simmer until sauce thickens, about 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in garlic powder.
