Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325.
  2. Beat eggs.
  3. Add cake mix, oil and oranges, beat well.
  4. Bake 9x13 greased pan 30-35 minutes.
  5. Cool.
  6. Mix together pineapple and pudding til absorbed.
  7. Stir in cool whip and frost cake.
  8. Refrigerate.
