Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Split live lobster with a sharp pointed knofe from head to tail.
  3. Open flat and remove intestinal vein, stomach, and tomalley.
  4. If desired, save tomalley to add to stuffing.
  5. Crack claws, remove meat, and cut into pieces.
  6. Moisten Ritz crumbs with butter and egg.
  7. Add Parmesan cheese, tomalley if desired, and crabmeat.
  8. Spread stuffing mixture into lobster cavity and tail.
  9. Place on baking sheet and place in oven for 20 minutes.
