Ingredients:

  • 3 large egg whites
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Lightly whip hip egg whites.
  2. Add other ingredients.
  3. Place a spoon size macaroon on baking sheet (line with parchment paper or coat with nonstick cooking spray).
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until lightly golden in a pre-heated 350’ oven.
  5. Let cool and enjoy!
