Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups coconut flakes
  • 3 tbsp matzo meal
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/8 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Combine coconut, sugar, Matzo Meal, and salt in a mixing bowl.
  2. Stir in egg whites and almond extract and mix well.
  3. Drop from teaspoon onto baking sheet and bake at 325 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
