Ingredients:

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup ditalini
  • 1/2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup cheese
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1/4 cup mushroom

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to broil.
  2. Add milk, ditalini, butter, nutmeg, salt, and mustard to a pot. Staying by the pot, stir the macaroni until it boils. As soon as it boils, turn the pot down to the very lowest setting and stir every 5 minutes for about 20 minutes. If the macaroni is dry and still not cooked, add 2 tbsp of milk or water.
  3. Wait 10 more minutes, or until pasta is cooked through and milk has evaporated. Add mix-ins - turkey bacon, mushrooms, etc. Stir and add cheese. Put pasta in a dish and broil for 5 minutes, or even use a blowtorch.
  4. Sprinkle with chives, scallions, parsley, etc.
