Old Fashioned Baked Rice Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup rice
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 tbsp butter
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup raisins

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients except raisins in greased casserole dish.
  2. Bake 300°F for ONE hour.
  3. Reduce heat to 250°F for ONE and ONE HALF hours.
  4. Add raisins half hour before done.
