Directions:

  1. For the Wrapper Batter: Heat griddle to 350. Wipe griddgle with cooking oil and paint brush on the batter for 1 minute each.
  2. For the Filling: Mush all ingredients together and roll into wrapper - Deep fry for 1 -2 min until golden.
  3. For the Dipping Sauce: Mix all ingredients to make 2 cups.
