Low Fat Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Spray a medium pan with vegetable spray.
  3. Cook and stir over medium heat the onions and mushrooms until tender (about 5 min).
  4. Sprinkle the flour on top of the veggies and coat evenly.
  5. Gradually add in the milk.
  6. Cook until thick and bubbly (about 5-6 min) stirring frequently.
  7. Add the dill, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper and cheese.
  8. Cook till cheese is melted (about 1 more minute).
  9. Remove from the heat.
  10. Spray a casserole dish with vegetable spray and place 1/3 of the potatoes over bottom.
  11. Follow by 1/3 cheese sauce.
  12. Repeat layering two more times.
  13. Cover and bake 1-1/2 hours.
  14. Let stand for 10 minutes then serve.
