Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. (for base) low fat digestives and toasted oats, sunflower oil
  2. 2 egg whites whipped to stiff peaks
  3. Blend stuff unitl smooth (exept egg whites)
  4. Fold in egg whites
  5. Pour on base and bake for 30-40mins
  6. Topping jusrt slice on some fruit or drizzle some more lemon juice on top
