Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Put apricots,sultanas and prunes in a bowl.
  2. With brewed tea.
  3. Leave to soak for 2 hours.
  4. Heat oven gas 4.
  5. Lightly grease and line a 2 lb loaf tin.
  6. Put flour,baking powder,ginger,sugar, and egg in a food blender.
  7. Blend for 2mins.
  8. Add fruit and blend to mix.
  9. Turn into tin and level with knife.
  10. Bake for 11/4 hours.
  11. Cool before serving.
