Low Fat Cornbread

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/8 cup honey
  • 1/8 cup sugar twin
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tbsp egg whites , beaten til frothy
  • 1 cup skim milk

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients, being careful not to overmix
  2. Pour into loaf pan or square pan and bake in preheated oven at 400 degrees for 20 minutes (my oven is quite hot).
