Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 12 1/2 oz creamed corn
  • 3/4 cup skim milk

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425
  2. Grease muffin pans and put in oven to heat
  3. Mix all ingredients, pour batter in heated muffin pans
  4. Bake for 20 minutes.
