Delicious Banana Bread that uses egg whites and yogurt in place of the usual amount of oil and eggs.
Ingredients:
2 1/4 c. whole wheat flour
1 2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp salt
1 1/4 tsp baking soda
1 1/4 tsp baking powder
2/3 c. skim milk
1/2 c. nonfat yogurt
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2/3 c. egg whites
1 1/4 c. bananas
1 c. chocolate chips
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together. Pour in 2 bread pans and cook at 350 for 50 minutes.
