Delicious Banana Bread that uses egg whites and yogurt in place of the usual amount of oil and eggs. Ingredients:
2 1/4 c. whole wheat flour |
1 2/3 c. sugar |
1 tsp salt |
1 1/4 tsp baking soda |
1 1/4 tsp baking powder |
2/3 c. skim milk |
1/2 c. nonfat yogurt |
2 tbsp vegetable oil |
2/3 c. egg whites |
1 1/4 c. bananas |
1 c. chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together. Pour in 2 bread pans and cook at 350 for 50 minutes. |
