Ingredients:

  • 1 package cream cheese
  • 4 oz crab meat

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. Cut the peppers in half, remove seeds and stems.
  3. Blanch the peppers in salt water, rinse and drain well.
  4. Blend crab meat and cream cheese into a paste.
  5. Spoon into the peppers. Place filled peppers on a baking sheet and
  6. Stick in the oven for 35 minutes.
