Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Boil potatoes until tender. Drain. Let cool completely. Peel. Cube.
  2. Combine the eggs, mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper.
  3. Toss into potatoes. Cover. Chil at least 1 hour.
