Ingredients:

  • 3 cups flour
  • 4 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 6 tbsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 lb hamburger
  • 1 tsp italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp flour

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven 375.
  2. Prepare crust.
  3. Combine dry ingredients.
  4. Add water and mayonnaise. Mix well.
  5. Spread half mixture in bottom of greased 9x11 cake pan.
  6. Set aside.
  7. Prepare filling.
  8. Brown hamburger, drain all but 2 TBLS of grease.
  9. Add seasonings.
  10. Add 1 TBLS flour.
  11. Place mixture on crust by spooning onto top. Carefully spread evenly.
  12. Top with remaining crust mix by dropping spoonfuls on top.
  13. Bake 25 - 30 mins until light golden brown.
