Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in skillet.
  2. Sprinkle beef with lemon pepper seasoning.
  3. Brown beef on both sides in skillet.
  4. Spray crock pot with cooking spray.
  5. Place beef in crock.
  6. Mix remaining ingredients in a small bowl and pour over the beef.
  7. Put crock pot on low and cook for 8-10 hours.
