Loaded Mashed Potato Bake

Ingredients:

  • 1 container refridgerated mashed potatos
  • 1 package herbed cheese spread ( alloutte is what i use)
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 package bacon pieces

Directions:

  1. Prepare Potatoes as directed on package.
  2. In a large bowl combine warmed potatoes, cheese spread, bacon pieces, milk and 1 C of cheese together.
  3. Transfer mixture to a 9X9 inch baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
  4. Bake at 350 for 10-15min.
  5. Garnish with chives before serving.
