Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water then add chunks of cream cheese.
  2. Using mixer beat at medium speed until well blended then chill until slightly congealed.
  3. Add pineapple, celery and nuts then fold in whipped cream.
  4. Pour in 3 cup mold and let set then turn out on lettuce leaf and garnish with cherries if desired.
