Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup rice
  • 6 sprigs cilantro , tied together with kitchen string
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Bring water, rice, lime juice, cilantro, and salt to boil in a small saucepan. Reduce heat to low; cover and cook 20 minutes Discard cilantro before serving.
