Lime Jalapeno Chicken

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Whisk lime juice, oil, vinegar, cumin and salt in a small bowl then stir in jalapeno.
  2. Place chicken in a shallow baking dish and pour marinade over it turning to coat both sides.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour turning once.
  4. Preheat grill to high heat then oil grill rack.
  5. Grill chicken for 4 minutes per side.
  6. Let cool slightly then slice thinly crosswise.
  7. Serve warm or chilled.
