Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place chicken in a plastic bag.
  2. Boneless chicken breast are another great option.
  3. Whisk together remaining ingredients.
  4. Pour on chicken.
  5. Place bag in refrigerator and marinate at least 2 hours or overnight.
  6. Remove chicken from marinade and place in a grilling basket.
  7. Grill 30 minutes; turn basket over and grill another 20-30 minutes or until cooked.
  8. I often add small potatoes in the basket to grill with the chicken.
  9. You can also place directly on the grill and cook.
  10. For a change add your choice of herbs to the marinade.
