Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp water

Directions:

  1. In large bowl combine:
  2. Powdered sugar
  3. Sugar
  4. Crisco
  5. Vanilla
  6. Salt
  7. Mix the flour and baking powder.
  8. Mix well
  9. Add about a tablespoon of water and mix
  10. Roll the dough into little balls and place on greased cookie sheet
  11. Flatten with your hand
  12. Bake at 325 degrees F for 15 minutes or until they reach the desired golden brown color like the ones that come in the box.
