Ingredients:

  • 1 large egg
  • 1 pinch salt

Directions:

  1. Mix Flour, Salt and Oil in a bowl.
  2. Beat in Egg and Ice Cold Cider .
  3. Coat fish directly in mix.
  4. Slowely lower pieces of fish into deep oil using a swirling motion and fry at 180°C.
  5. Should come out crispy and golden brown.
