Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat onion and garlic for 2 min.
  2. Add lentils and 3 cups water and bring to a boil.
  3. Cover and simmer on low for 25 min.
  4. Add spinach, salt, cumin and bring to simmer for another 5 minutes.
