Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Brown Sausage in dutch oven.
  3. Add vegetables and cook until onion is translucent and a little browned, about 10 minutes.
  4. Add water, scraping bottom of pan to deglaze.
  5. Add bouillion and other seasonings to taste.
  6. Bake in oven for about 45 minutes to 1 hour or until lentils are soft.
