Ingredients:

  • 1 box lemon velvet cake mix
  • 3/4 cup cold water
  • 1 package instant lemon gelatin pudding
  • 3/4 cup salad oil
  • 4 large eggs

Directions:

  1. Put cake mix, instant pudding, water and oil in a large bowl. Mix well.
  2. Add four large eggs, one at a time.
  3. Bake in a pan 9 x13 x2 at 350 degrees until done.
  4. NOTE: Look on box for bake time.
  5. =====================================================TOPPING
  6. 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  7. 2 tablespoons water
  8. 1/3 cup lemon juice
  9. Mix well. Make toothpick holes in top of cake. Dribble topping over it.
